Privacy policy · LG Miravia Connector
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy explains which data the LG Miravia Connector app for Shopify (the “app”) processes. The app publishes the store’s products on the Miravia marketplace, keeps their stock and price up to date and creates in Shopify the orders received on Miravia. The app is not affiliated with Miravia or Alibaba.

2. Product data
For the products the merchant chooses to publish, the app reads from Shopify and sends to Miravia the title, description, images, variants, SKUs, prices, stock, weight and the category and brand chosen by the merchant. It keeps the link between each Shopify variant and its Miravia SKU and the last stock and price sent.
3. Miravia orders and customer data
The app reads the merchant’s Miravia orders and creates them in Shopify with the items, prices, shipping cost and the buyer’s name, shipping and billing address and phone number provided by Miravia, so that the merchant can fulfil them. That customer data goes directly from Miravia to the merchant’s Shopify store; the app does not keep a copy. For each order the app only keeps the Miravia order number, its status, its total and the Shopify order created, to avoid creating it twice. Customer data requests and erasure requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact) are answered with no data to return or delete in the app; the data is in the merchant’s Shopify store.
4. Data about the merchant
- The store’s domain and the Shopify access session needed to run the app.
- The Miravia App Key, App Secret and Access Token that the merchant enters to connect the app. The secret and the token are stored encrypted and are only used to call the Miravia Open Platform on the merchant’s behalf.
- The publishing settings (default category, brand, package size, price markup and stock reserve).
- The plan and the state of the subscription.
5. Purpose, legal basis and retention
Data is used solely to provide the app, on the basis of the contract with the merchant. It is kept while the app is installed. When the app is uninstalled, Shopify notifies us and 48 hours later all the store’s data, including the Miravia keys, is deleted (shop/redact). The products already published on Miravia stay there: the merchant manages them in the Miravia Seller Center.
6. Hosting and recipients
The app and its data are hosted in the European Union. The recipients are Shopify, the platform the store runs on, and Miravia (Miravia Technology S.L.), to which the app sends the products, stock and prices the merchant decides to publish, using the merchant’s own Miravia account. Data is never sold, shared for commercial purposes or used to train artificial intelligence models.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to appsupport@lineagrafica.es or to the data protection officer at dpo@lbo-abogados.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
